Our CSR programme underpins our aim to improve as a law firm, as an employer and as a responsible corporate citizen.<\/p>\n

Social responsibility goal number one : Diversity
\n<\/span><\/h3>\n

At CROCE & Associ\u00e9s SA, we support diversity. We firmly believe that our differences are an asset. They make us stronger. <\/strong>By favouring diversity within our company, we can create more innovative solutions and help our employees fulfil their potential.<\/p>\n

Social responsibility goal number two: Pro bono work and commitment to the community<\/span><\/p>\n

We recognised that the privilege of practising law is accompanied by a responsibility to use our skills to help those in need.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through our voluntary work, we help people rebuild their lives or make a fresh start, and we strive to achieve the same level of excellence across all the cases we handle.<\/p>\n

Our programme focuses on five areas:<\/p>\n

  • Asylum and immigration;<\/li>\n
  • The environment;<\/li>\n
  • Children and families;<\/li>\n
  • Start-ups;<\/li>\n
  • Charities and NGOs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Social responsibility goal number three : sustainable development<\/span><\/h3>\n

    At CROCE & Associ\u00e9s SA, we are committed to doing all we can to walk softly on this earth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    We are reducing our environmental impact in a number of ways, including:<\/p>\n

    • Minimising and recycling waste (recycling paper, glass and aluminium, printing documents double-sided, etc.);<\/li>\n
    • Saving energy (LED lighting, not leaving computers on standby, adjusting room temperatures, etc.);<\/li>\n
